The apartment was well-equipped for families and the proximity to parks and cafes was great for walks during the day. The outdoor pool and sauna were lovely for relaxation. noise from the nearby train station was bothersome, and I found the internet charges exorbitant. While the location is convenient for landmarks, we left wanting more in terms of service and amenities.

Very nice views, but laundry woes
Woke up each morning to fine city views from our apartment. The staff was friendly, and everything was generally clean and well-maintained.
The laundry machines were quite problematic. The dryer struggled and even damaged a couple of clothes. Definitely needs an upgrade!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay for a business trip at the Milton. The location was superb, with an array of restaurants and public transport options just a stone's throw away. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer and dryer. The amenities, including the gym, sauna, and outdoor pool, were all in excellent condition.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

expansive city views, spacious apartment layout, modern washing machine
The sliding bathroom door lacks privacy!!! Weak water pressure and confusing tap design in the bathroom could really detract from the experience!!! Perhaps consider adding more detailed instructions for appliances!!!

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were very good and informative. It was in a marvellous location a short walk to a ferry port. The area was lovely, a good home base for me.
Facilities were brand-new, but Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I was completely stressed out upon arrival because the staff was unhelpful and rude. They wouldn't assist me with dinner options for my four tired kids. It felt like I was being yelled at, even when I was just overwhelmed.

What a fantastic way to ring in the New Year! The location near the train station was super convenient for getting into the city, plus there were loads of awesome restaurants just around the corner! I loved staying in the spacious 2-bedroom apartment-plenty of room for my family, and it felt so modern and fresh.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say the room could have used a bit of an update on the TV size; it felt a tad small. I think complimentary internet for the duration of the stay would be a nice touch. But honestly, these were minor things in an otherwise great experience!

Helpful staff made my stay easier.
The apartment was dirty, hiding dust everywhere. The location was far from attractions, requiring a long walk. To.

The room offered stunning views over Brisbane, making every morning a delight. The bed was comfy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made the room feel like a true “home away from home,” including all the necessities I needed for a pleasant stay.
The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from the street below. While it didn’t significantly impact my experience, a little more soundproofing would have made it perfect.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay, notably the spacious room setup, but faced issues with the air conditioning cycling off too often at night, disrupting our sleep. Even though the staff were helpful when we needed assistance, better communication about parking would enhance the experience .
