problematic laundry machines

Incredible views, but laundry woes

Woke up each morning to stunning city views from our apartment. The staff was friendly, and everything was generally clean and well-maintained.

However, the laundry machines were quite problematic. The dryer struggled and even damaged a couple of clothes. Definitely needs an upgrade!

The sliding bathroom door lacks privacy!!! Weak water pressure and confusing tap design in the bathroom could really detract from the experience!!! Perhaps consider adding more detailed instructions for appliances!!!

Helpful staff made my stay easier.

The apartment was incredibly dirty, hiding dust everywhere. Additionally, the location was far from attractions, requiring a long walk. To make matters worse, the WiFi connection was terrible, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, notably the spacious room setup, but faced issues with the air conditioning cycling off too often at night, disrupting our sleep. Even though the staff were helpful when we needed assistance, better communication about parking would enhance the experience for future guests.

We enjoyed the amazing views from our two-bedroom apartment and spent our evenings unwinding with a movie on the big-screen TV. The location is super convenient, with cafes and shops just around the corner. Plus, easy access to public transport made getting around a breeze.

The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which I found a bit awkward for privacy.
